Where do we deliver?

We currently offer shipping services to customers living in the Netherlands and Belgium.

To improve the customer's shopping experience, all products on our site use the fastest standard shipping method. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. If you don't receive a shipping confirmation email right away, don't worry! We know the delivery date or date range specified at checkout and we will be sure to deliver the items within that time frame.

Tracking details

We will notify you by email when your order has been delivered to the courier. These alert emails include the carrier's tracking number, website, and estimated arrival date. You can also check this on our order status page or in My Account. It may take up to 24 hours for courier websites to update package tracking numbers. If there is a different package delivery, we request that you report this within 24 hours.

Address change

If your item has not yet shipped, you have the option to update your shipping address by contacting our customer service at However, please note that once the item has been shipped, we cannot guarantee any changes to the shipping address as we are under no obligation to do so.

Wrong adress

Customer is responsible for verifying that the shipping address they provide is correct. However, if you discover that the delivery address you provided is incorrect, please contact us immediately.

Lost or stolen package/ Product not received

If the package is lost or stolen, please contact logistics or our after-sales team so we can investigate and resolve the problem. If your tracking information shows that your shipment was delivered but not received, please contact the delivery company. Different locations

It is not possible to ship to different locations for the same order. If you would like items shipped to different locations, please place separate orders. If you need help with this, please contact

Rescheduled delivery

Because our carriers require a signature upon receipt, the carrier will leave a business card if you are not at home. You can then contact the carrier directly to make a new delivery appointment or change your delivery address.
